In the process of growth you will always hit the wall.You can think of the wall as a new goal.While there is the sense of accomplishment, a joy that cannot be replaced with anything else, on the other hand, there are times when it is unclear how to achieve or how to deal with specific situations. This is something that can happen to anyone doing work. Studying harder to get better grades or practice golf to get a better score are different from trying to get experienced in one's work or to improve in one’s work. There is no easy way to improve in this job.
