From a part-time employee to a full-time employee.
Packwell has an environment to develop.
I learned about my work and Japanese all from my seniors.
About nine years ago, I came from China and joined Packwell. At that time, my cousin worked at Packwell, and introduced me to joined the company.
I still remember that I could not speak Japanese at that time and I felt very uneasy. However, I did not have to worry about it at all. The seniors around me were very kind and taught me carefully about work and Japanese from scratch.
"I want to work here forever." is what I felt.
I worked hard and was able to promote to an full-time employee in a year and a half ago. Currently, I have my own manufacture line as an operator in the automatic labeling machine and engaging daily.
I want to work with a sense of responsibility in order to protect Packwell’s quality.
Package manufacturing has a big difference in quality in how to handle and set the machine. The product is regularly checked, and if there is a defect, the machine will be shut down immediately and have it examined, "what the problem is" and "what needs to be improved". Of course, production will have to be stopped in the meantime, but it is more important to maintain Packwell’s quality. I take responsibility for my own products and keep in mind to maintain high quality.
Moreover in order to maintain high quality, it is necessary to work not only on your own but also in teams. Before the work, we will explain the products substantially to the part-time employers, and all the members will share manufacturing notes and points that needs to be checked. Like I was taught, I focus to provide an environment that is easy to understand and where everyone can work comfortably.

I'm still studying, so I take notes and reflect on everything I learned from my seniors.
My goal is to become an operator who is better at handling machines.
I feel that my dream can be realized because there are many seniors who teaches me anything if I ask questions.
